The Virtual Art Week is the celebration of the online virtual contemporary art week, a program of virtual exhibitions introduced for the first time last year and inaugurated this year during the contemporary art week in Rome, known as "Rome Art Week."
The program includes individual virtual exhibitions, virtual collective exhibitions, 360-degree virtual tours of international museums and art galleries, exhibitions from the Spatial metaverse and the virtual world of Second Life. These exhibitions, in addition to having a "presence" in the metaverse, will be streamed on YouTube to make them more accessible to an increasingly broader audience.
This new artistic project will be held only a few times a year and will offer the opportunity to discover exciting art events directly on this website.
The initiative aims to spread contemporary art and culture worldwide using innovative online exhibition systems and at the same time offering an entertainment experience that will only increase your curiosity for art and new technologies.
With the 2023 edition, we wanted to present a select range of online activities that will entertain you not only during the virtual week of contemporary art but also in the weeks to come.
